I regret ever setting foot in the Matthews location. Cameron the store manager has no clue what goes on in the garage. He clearly is more focused on lying and selling services to that have nothing to do with what is wrong with the vehicle. What really bothers me is that he told me my car was safe to drive, when it wasn’t. He was more than okay with me getting in an accident or causing one because he had already gotten my money. I called and asked for assistance in simply replacing a valve stem in a loose tire (maybe a 3 minute job) because our trailer was stuck with a flat. The manager says I have to drop the tire off and it will be later in the day before anyone can get to it. So i ask if they can just break the front of the tire loose (since its a loose wheel that i carry in) and i will replace the stem myself, to which he replied that he has appointments booked solid all day and cant help at all. They stole my wallet out my glove compartment when they went to change my tire when I asked them why they went in my glove compartment they said it was to check the cabin pressure of my 2001 Kia yes they said that
Don't go to this location, they will undo the balancing on your car. Go there if you want a rough ride. ��
Worst customer service. This is the second time I give them a chance. Today I called for tire prices was on hold for 5 minutes no one ever came back on the line so I hung up. First time I was here, one of the guys at the front had an attitude the whole time and on top of that, the oil change took more than an hour. When I got my car back I noticed my car was driving different. Hated it. Went to my dealership months after and they did my oil change and my car was driving how it usually does.
