RecommendedShoutout to the NTB - National Tire & Battery by south county mall. I’ve had a bad experience w the south Kingshighway location several times in the past month, coughing up cash and waiting for hours for them to fix a leak in my tire (which I have under warranty with them). Went to the one by south county mall today and they took me in before my scheduled appointment, fixed all my paperwork to be accurate, found the real issue with my tire and fixed it without charging me. RecommendedI got a flat & needed a new tire, they didn’t have it in stock at their location. Their carrier service said they wouldn’t be able to get to it today. Not only is this my personal vehicle, but a work vehicle as well. The manager & clerks went above and beyond to get a tire for me today. Your tenacity was very much appreciated. 5* service
I went in with a flat on my wife's minivan at around 7:00 since Walmart said an hour earlier "We don't have time", even after I bought the tires there. Anyway, NTB was still rather busy for being so late and they managed to get it fixed and back on the van while I waited. Kudos to all of them. Job well done.
If the rating system had 10 stars, I'd ask for an 11th. These people are GREAT to work with & ALWAYS look out for their customers. We've had several of our vehicles in & they always do a great job!!!
