Fast-forward to yesterday 3/27/2016 Easter Sunday and I really needed to get an oil change so I decided to give NTB another shot. I go online and see their closed for the holiday so I proceed to schedule an appointment for the next day at 6p because I work till 5p. I get there about 5:30ish and I'm skipped in line after waiting for roughly 15-20 minutes. A few months ago I went to NTB location on W Florissant for an oil change and I was told that a free tire rotation came with it. I knew that since I was a walk-in that I would be waiting for a while. After I realized that everyone else was done and gone and that my car was still sitting in the same spot I asked how much longer would the wait be and the guy there told me that my car was ready.
