I agree with the unprofessional review unfortunately. I have been going to NTB for many years. After my last visit I will never go there again and will tell my friends and family to find some place else to take their cars. I have never been so disappointed.
They at ntb on 82 in Strongsville they take good care if your vehicle at points your not expecting. I use my tru k at everything and with a 170.000 miles onit I was never stuck anywere
