I had gotten a flat tire in my driveway and a friend of mine helped me get it off and into his truck and we went to the NTB in Chardon. They told me that it would take an hour. About 20 minutes, being home, they called me and told me that they had one available for me, to pick up. The guy at the customer service was VERY friendly and I was out in no time. I will DEFFINITELY be going back there, again, when I need more tires.
