Chardon Rd. willoughby Hills location. Arrived on 10/9 for an 8am oil change/tire rotation and was told the mechanics hadn’t reported for work yet..(shop opened at 7). Finally showed up At 9 and started the work. I watched through a window and noticed tires were not rotated. Brought it to someone’s attention and the mechanic had to pull it back in to do the tire rotation. Arrived at 8am left at 11. Totally unacceptable. While there I was told I needed a rim. Reminded why I don't take my cars to chains... Made an appointment last night for 9:30 this morning to get a rim leak repaired. Brought my car in at 9:30 am as stated, (which seemed pointless to even make an appointment) the tech said it would take about two hours to get it done. Here we are 4 hours later and haven't received a call yet saying it was done. I mean, come on, one tire rim leak. 4 hours? Do better. My appointment was at 11:30 and they didn't take my car back until 12:20.

They sucked!....Con man salesman and they tried to overcharge me for a minor tire issue..Fuck them.
