I came in with a tire leak and received great service! The staff was professional and service was comprehensive. I highly recommend NTB for all automotive needs!
Came in to get my car looked at for wobbling and got my car back with all lights on and my car won’t shut off manager was very rude and tried to take advantage of something already being broke on my car smh trying to make me spend more money
Friendly staff. They found tires for my truck that were reasonably priced and they price matched with a competitor. While I was there, an employee approached an older gentleman who was waiting for his vehicle that was being serviced. The employee told the gentleman that he did not need the oil changed on his vehicle and he didn't want the man to have to pay for something he didn't need. The man said that he wanted the oil changed anyway and mentioned something about trying to kill time so he wouldn't have to go home to his w... read more
