This NTB on Warrensville Road has the worst customer service of any NTB I have been to. The first trip I went there the computer was down and they made me come back the next day for my appointment, After a disagreement on a double charge for a TPS repair, Rocky, the front desk salesperson was extremely disrespectful slamming papers on the desk and telling other employees how much she hated her job. DO NOT go to this NTB!! Go to the one down the road in Mayfield. There customer service is 10x better than this garbage.
Waited almost 4 hours for a tire patch. Got there at 315. Waited till 645 for them to tell me i needed a new tire or the could put my spare on. Wait 4 hours to put a spare on?? Had it changed to a new one in 5 minutes...smh. never again. A lady at the front ( sorry i didnt get her name) was very apologetic and was very nice but never again. :(
