This is more of a complaint about the online experience more than the in person one. You put your details in online and it provides your tire options. In my case they had basic tires for $113 each. It tells you the tires are available.It gives you the total, including balancing/alignment and you choose your appointment time. I got there and there was no record of my appointment. Came in for a last minute repair! Workers took great care of me and got me in and out in no time.
The guys there are great. Will be bringing my and my wife's car back for service now.
