I brought my truck in for the free tire rotation you get every 5,000 miles with my tire purchase and got home and discovered they never did the job. I knew this becuase the front rims on the truck were dark with brake dust and were still in their same location. When I called back and talked to the manager, he claimed the service desk never communicated the tire rotation job to the service technician. What a heap of you know what. I purchased 4 new tires at this facility. After spending several minutes attempting to upsell me on other (not immediately essential) work, it took 3 hours total for the tires to be changed/balanced, etc. While I was waiting, they called my home to notify me the car was ready. Five minutes later they let me know in the waiting area. The following day one of the tires was almost flat and I had to return to have the tire adjusted.
