Very bad service . Had them installed tpms sensors. End up the sensors are not installed correctly and it is leaking air, so I had to get to the dealership to fix this problem. And while they installed the sensors, they damaged my brake caliper paint. Anyways, not recommended. AVOID

Made an appointment for 3 to get oil change. Stopped in at 10 to get pricing to buy 4 new tires because I couldn’t get it over the phone. I saw they had 4 appointments scheduled for the day ( they are listed up on the screen... mine was there for 3) Came back at 2:45 for oil change, checked in. No word as of 3:30 so went up to counter and asked how much longer they said an hour and a half. Chris Harriman , was extremely helpful with my tire issue.I thought I needed two tires, so you can imagine how happy I was to learn that I only needed one. I’ve been places in the past that would have just put the additional tire on even though I didn’t need it. I arrived after 8, ( keeping him at work) .He was busy cleaning and understood that I was running late from work. 5 stars to Chris , I will definitely return.
Honestly wouldn't even give one star! Went in yesterday and was assured my tires would be in today... was guaranteed and told to not go look at other places! Guess what you don't have my tires and now we can't use our vehicle! Absolutely awful business!! I would avoid this place at all cost! Service members didn't even care!
Made an appointment on Wednesday for 4 new tires , get there Friday 30 mins early just to find out they didn't have the tires in stock!!!!!�� Absolutely ridiculous!!! Never going back!! Will stay with Town Fair Tire, might be a little more $ but I know the tires are there!
Good service, friendly people. Four new tires, mount & balance and wheel alignment in less then 2 hours.
When they first opened, I loved coming here. They were very friendly, especially the manager at the time but since then, they turned into a rip off just like Valvoline. I went there for a simple job that anywhere else would've cost me $20- $30 and they tried telling me it was gonna cost over $200. Only after arguing with that did the cost go down to $80 (which is still more than what I should've paid). Lesson learned, all set with this place!!!
