A simple oil exchange takes forever and costs the same or more expensive than places with express oil exchange.
Made an appointment, which turned out to be a waste of time....counter guy actually compared the NTB appointment system to a doctors office, gimme a break! Waited 30 minutes and still hadn't even gotten started, I was the only customer in the store BTW. Staff showed no urgency to do anything, instead of trying to satisfy a customer they let me walk out because they couldn't change 4 tires in 1.5 hours....that's lame for a company that focuses on tires! Not sure if it's just this NTB or all of them, but I would not recommend ... read more
Guy who took care of us was very good he took the time to explain all options for me got me in and out even being shorthanded two people working he still did it fast price not bad for two tires he even went the extra mile to keep my little one happy will be back date was 8/27/2017 Allston ntb
Too bad cus the guys seemed really nice... but turns out they gouged me on the price on a tpms sensor - and they couldn't even inflate my new tires to the correct pressure. (I found two of the tires were overinflated by almost 10lbs!). Oh, they also sent me home with valve stem caps missing on 2 out of the 4 new tires I just bought. Live and learn. Never again.
