Today's experience was great at first when the older gentleman greeted us. We got a call that they couldn't do our oil change because the dipstick was dry, understandable, wasn't a big deal that they refused it. When we came inside and started asking questions about using the $20 off coupon at a different time, they immediately started talking to us like we were stupid.
