Sorry customer service. – Went in on a Sunday only because they were the only place open. I needed two tires but because of them being expensive as all get out; I only got one. The man behind the counter told me I needed two. I realized the next day that my spare had more tread on it than the other tire that i needed replacing. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE – My wife went in for an oil change and break check. A technician mistakenly poured power steering fluid in the break reservoir. It caused $2238.08 dollars worth of damage and ruined the entire system. The manager there (Bob) refused to accept liability or fix the mistake. We have used NTB for the last three years but, we will never use them ever again.
