"Manny" the store manager and Haley in Sales both lied to me about Michelin tires I purchased in several ways. they showed ineptitude by failing to order correct tires for my scheduled appointment, raised the price of the service, refused to perform the additional alignment package I purchased, and lied about a national rebate program.
