They made the oil change on my car a very fluid & easy process to get through.
Very professional and experienced service
Told them I wanted new tires with an old one on the spare. They wouldn't do it because of "company policy" to not mount old tires on rims. I tried explaining they didn't have to mount old tires if they moved the wheels around, too. I guess that was too complicated to understand so the half wits lost a dually customer. Pure nonsense. Not sure if they were really trying to sell more tires, extreme laziness, or just a lack of common sense. Maybe D, all of the above. Either way, my money went elsewhere today.
