I have always been treated well at National Tire and Battery. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and would recommend them to anyone. I am glad I have a place to take my car with mechanics I trust.
We have always had excellent service from the entire staff. We made appointments over the phone and as soon as we arrived and checked in our cars were taken right into the garage. We were given an approximate time of how long it would take to service the cars. Our cars were serviced in a reasonable amount of time. If a problem came up while they were working on our car, we were consulted right away. Everything was explained to us very clearly so we could make decisions right away.
