CLOSED!!!! The Kirkwood location is permanently closed f.y.i. There is a note on the door, too. It is a shame, as I always had great service at this location. Everyone there was professional, nice and helpful. The Ellisville location said the Kirkwood location closed suddenly and they did not know why, but they are super busy as a result.
May be a chain but I get personal attention and my cars and truck get handled with care from the crew at Kirkwood NTB. Thanks Guys n Gals at NTB!
I showed up at 5pm on 8/18/22 for my 5pm appointment on 8/18/22 and the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. I live closer to the Kingshighway location, and I drove 30 minutes in rush hour to come to this location because it had higher rated reviews. Disappointing. Will not be scheduling a new appointment at any locations.
Tried to make me buy two tires when I only needed one. When I told them I would go elsewhere, they suddenly were able to just do one.
