Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Conduct and Poor Customer Service On June 26, 2025, I contacted the NTB location in Reynoldsburg, Ohio regarding a serious issue: they had mistakenly installed the wrong tire on my vehicle—a tire I’ve now been driving on for over a month. Rather than acknowledging the error and offering a solution, I was told I needed to bring the vehicle in just to “verify” their mistake. HORRIBLE service! My husband went in at 2o’clock for his scheduled appointment for new tires. It is now 5:15, The business has now closed, and he is still waiting for his vehicle to be returned to him. He has been told multiple times that his vehicle was almost done, and here we are three hours and 15 minutes later still waiting. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, I will never again do business here.
