RecommendedThis facility was the best one i have been to. After getting g oil changed and trying to get inspection done but it would not pass it was because I had 2 bad tires that were really bad. They came out and explained to me the reason and worked with me to fix the problem. All the staff at this facility were AWESOME... THEY WILL DEFINITELY GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN ... THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT JOB AND FOR BEING THE BEAT YOU ARE A GREAT BUNCH OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE..
After visiting a large local auto dealer and having some issues with them applying/processing my tire warranty, I decided to visit NTB on a recommendation from a tire manufacturer. My first visit to NTB was actually very pleasant. Art was so easy to talk to and he did not push anything on me at all. He was very honest, he listened to me as I wanted specific tires, and he processed my warranty on my old tires in a matter of minutes. Scott is always amazing! He knows cars so well that when I do an extremely bad impression of a sound my car is making he can figure out where the problem might be and check it out. I am a single mom and I go out of my way to go to the Apex NTB because I know that Scott and his guys will take care of me and keep me safe.
The staff are very professional and fast
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. None of them tried to guilt me into buying anything. Art was so kind to me. He checked on me and made sure I was comfortable and ok while I was waiting on my SUV. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!
That was the best service i have had at a car place. The guy working the front talked to me and helped me out right away. What a gentleman!
