Lazy slow workers that could not stay off their cell phones. I had an appointment at 8am my car did not even get pulled out of the parking lot until 9:15. The manager did apologize saying he only had 1 mechanic there at the time. The mechanic had 3 cars pulled into the bays and he would work on 1 car for a few minutes then go to work on another car and so on. I was having brakes put on and I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I was there for almost 5 hours. Never again will i return there.
Lazy, slow workers with no sense of urgency. Poor management for allowing this to happen. Had a 5pm appointment for an oil change. Car stayed in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Took 45 minutes to complete the oil change after being put on the lift. Guy beside me dropped his car off at 2pm. They still hadn't completed his inspection at 6pm. Absolutely no excuse for that other than a fire or power outage. Will never go back.
Took my car for a vehicle inspection which took two hours (for a 2017 Lexus with 10000 miles). That is bad enough, but they lost my car key and had were lackadaisical about it and refused to even search. Pathetic. The home office refused to help me. They stated I could not prove they lost my key. When I inquired what proof would be necessary, the reply was “find your key in our store”. Lol. Bizarre and incompetent. Stay away

This was my first time going to NTB Tire & Service Center on 4845 W. Wendover Ave. Jamestown, NC 27282. Eric is WONDERFUL, he was very helpful, professional and informed me as to why my steering wheel was shaking. I would recommend NTB to any of my family & friends. The service was OUTSTANDING ...Thanks again Eric for making this an easy experience for me.
