You simply should not go here. Came on Saturday for a battery for my Hybrid. John says they are too busy and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. Bring car on time Sunday, told 45 minutes. After 90 minutes they tell me they don't have the battery and can't do my car at all. Total waste! They didn't even look at it for over an hour after my appointment!!!
Good work, it took almost an hour though
took them forever to fix their alignment rack (actually, its still broken) so I couldnt get my alignment problem fixed yet. One guy that I assumed to be the manager lacked customer service skill severely, and only repeats what he wants to say despite he is right or wrong. they try to make more money by telling customers that they need extra work. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Been here an hour now, and they haven't even started my truck. Just needed tires. Very sketchy manager too...
