NTB Matthews - service is phenomenal! They called on the morning of my appointment to let me know my tires were not yet in. They called back an hour later, allowed me to arrive when convenient for me. Chris was courteous and professional, was willing to add on some work without concern for his own schedule. Exactly the type of customer experience we ALL desire!
Came in to plug a tire, the front desk attendant was very helpful. Tire repair took less than 15 minutes, I will definitely come back if I need a quick service.
I needed to change the tires of my car. I walked into NTB of Mattthews without an appointment and the store manager helped me right away. He recommended a couple of good options. He was super nice and helpful with the services I needed.
