In June of 2024 I had the NT Executive series windows installed on my house. The same day I noticed a scratch on the exterior of a new window. Between Allstate Windows and Siding (who I bought NT windows and installation from) it was over 6 wks before NT contacted me and another week and a half of finger pointing between mfr and installer before the new window was ordered. I would not order any windows from this company at all I have been waiting for my windows for almost three months now. I placed the order through Lowes on March,6 2023 and was told it would take between 4 to 6 weeks and now hearing every excuse you could think of and now hearing that my date they will be done is June 13, 2023. If you want your windows anytime in the near future run not walk away from NT windows.
I recently traveled to Texas from CT to help my son get settled at his Navy Duty Station. I was taking a tourist road trip from Corpus Christi to Waco when my phone decided not to hold a charge and die. I was relying on the GPS to get back.
