I bought the Advance Builders Trailer, I spoke with Ben and got a cracking deal, I can't believe how good these trailers are, it was in stock and I picked up the next day.
I bought a trailer in the begining of August. As a sale point, I had been sent the catalogue of the advanced builders trailer with its inclusions. Great customer service UNTIL, you sign. After delivery, it was noted that there was no water tank, water pump and hose, tap etc. I have been in contact with NT every month for the last 5 months. First they tried telling me, they didn't mean to advertise those items. (Really) Then they tried to give me a plastic 20ltr jerry can and shower nozzle. So happy with my trailer, I called and 3 days later picked up my trailer, they sorted my finance, rego everything and I was blown away by the quality! Josh,Ben and Mark all sorted everything. Great team, Thanks guys!
Fantastic advertising but unfortunately has to be the worst trailer I’ve ever purchased followed by the worst customer service & on going issues on a 3month old trailer. Suggest anyone looking for a trailer steer very clear of NT Trailers.
