Ben and Josh at NT trailers gold coast are top guys very friendly and easy to deal with. i bought a large tandem enclosed trailer for motorbike racing its travels all over australia and has not let us down, it has all the features from factory -central locking -water - solar - inverter -alarm and is just all round great trailer go see the boys they will get you sorted
Buyer Beware! We purchased a trailer 13 months ago from Josh, who was very punctual up until the invoice being paid, and it has been nothing but headaches since. After months of delays and excuses, we finally had the trailer dropped off. From the jump, it was raised with the person who dropped it off about the rust. I bought the Advance Builders Trailer, I spoke with Ben and got a cracking deal, I can't believe how good these trailers are, it was in stock and I picked up the next day.
I bought a trailer in the begining of August. As a sale point, I had been sent the catalogue of the advanced builders trailer with its inclusions. Great customer service UNTIL, you sign. After delivery, it was noted that there was no water tank, water pump and hose, tap etc. I have been in contact with NT every month for the last 5 months. First they tried telling me, they didn't mean to advertise those items. (Really) Then they tried to give me a plastic 20ltr jerry can and shower nozzle. So happy with my trailer, I called and 3 days later picked up my trailer, they sorted my finance, rego everything and I was blown away by the quality! Josh,Ben and Mark all sorted everything. Great team, Thanks guys!
