My son recently purchased a trailer from NT trailers Gold Coast store. I’m not one to leave a review but the service and quality of the trailer received is not at a standard I feel acceptable.Think you guys need to see what your competition is doing and take some notes. Very disappointed.
Shocking paint work of trailer, never primed properly before painting. Will chip, flake and rust with nothing touching it. Tack welds holding roof sheets on, silicone failed from very early days. trailers rusting from every possible spot. Just needed to spend $6k on waterproofing trailer boxes properly, welding, priming and quality paint. Would never recommend.
Absolutely love the advanced builders trailer! So much storage and space. Highly recommend NT
Went above and beyond to make sure I got this trailer. Service and communication was top notch and trailer is everything I hoped for and more! Could not recommend enough.
