Really friendly and trustworthy, service and the entire process was excellent. Response time was very quick and they got in to do the services in a timely manner(had an AC issue and needed a new water softener installed). Communication was great I was kept up to date with what was going on via email and text, I was never left wondering what was happening. I will be recommending them to anyone I can and they will now be my go to company for any other work I need done! Easy options for payment as well.

These guys were great! I typically don’t write too many reviews but the young apprentice Owen asked me to share my experience so here I am They came the same day as it was an emergency, my main drain was backing up and I of course had my mother in law in town. Prices were reasonable, I would have definitely paid more knowing my mother in law would how have nothing to snicker at, thanks fellas!

NT PARR Plumbing & Heating INC. was amazing in helping us get our water heater replaced so quickly. They promptly replied to emails and continued to correspond with us throughout the evening and had a plan in place to have the new water heater installed the next morning. We can't thank NT PARR Plumbing & Heating INC. enough for their outstanding customer service. We appreciate their help in ensuring our family was up and running again in no time. Highly recommend.
