Nick comes across as a very nice person but his work ethic is less than desirable. When I called him back to repair flaws he became quite defensive, I asked him to leave as I will make the repairs to a good standard.In the beginning I asked him if he wanted me to patch holes (from previous owners) but he said he would do it, the ones he did do you could still see marks or he just painted over the chips etc. I did have to ask him to paint an extra wall because the wall had to be drilled for an entertainment system installatio... read more
