I'm a visitor from Brisbane and had an accident in the street and broke 2 pair of glasses. NT optometrists were incredibly helpful in gluing the broken bits back into working order for a minimal fee. Chris McCormick today at 11am on the 10/05/24 and was treated very poorly, when I asked any question his response was I will get to that, never did. I felt very uncomfortable due to the manner he was speaking to me regarding my answers to his questions during the tests, he proceeded to humiliate me further by stating that the questions relating to the eye examination was also use on infant children! I am compelled to write this review due to the excellent service I have received from NT Optometrists located at Karama Shopping Centre (In the Darwin suburbs). Dr. John performed the eye testing for both my distance and reading glasses. These turned out to be an excellent fit (whereas we have had issues with other optometrists in Darwin). I was also pleasantly surprised by the after-purchase service performed by Dr. Chris, for the fitting of my reading glasses.
