This is a $50 pedicure? Had to make time to go back in to get their mistake fixed (gel was not cured) I was told no refunds and the latest I could go in was a week from yesterday. I got my pedi Wednesday, called Thursday, came back Friday- having to move around my busy schedule, losing money and time. Took my mom here for a regular pedicure and they relentlessly pushed her to get gel—asked 7 times even after we clearly said no. Just do what I ask. Then charged $7 just to remove old gel. Staff was rude, pushy, and judgmental the whole time. I still tipped $5 on a $42 service out of basic decency (which they lack), but they didn’t deserve it.
