This was the worst experience here today ever! The older guy doing my nails didn't understand a word I was saying as he is nodding along like he knows, then proceeds to cut my nails on the side way too far down repeatedly. Already hurting because of the way it was cut. A younger lady finally came over to translate to tell him he was hurting me and not doing it right. Then he did a horrible job continuing on. My first couple of experiences with Vincent were great however, my last experience with Vincent was a total mood killer, apparently he was in a bad mood but it also put me in a bad mood and he did my nails completely different from what I asked. Obviously my nails don’t need to be exact but like uh!? He also always grabs the wrong colors, I feel like he’s color blind which is fine but it’s a lil confusing. Vincent is amazing! I’m so thankful for him. He’s always setting me up for early appointments and pedicure and manicure. always top-notch! I feel so comfortable and Vincent will go out of his way to accommodate coming early to work with my schedule. He’s the best! Everyone is so sweet and polite.
