It took about an hour to get served. Since it was my first time buying an enclosed helmet, I had quite a few questions about sizing and which helmet would suit me best. The staff did answer my questions but the selection was very limited. There weren't many sizes available for my head and there were very few options within my budget. In the end, I felt like I was forced to buy the only helmet that fit my size and price range because everything else was either out of stock or well beyond my budget.
Contacted this company through their website to ask about stock- no response- husband went in on our return from overseas, very poor range of accessories and poor customer service.
Fantastic range of products at reasonable prices. Dave in spare parts is an absolute legend. Knows the products and has a wealth of knowledge.
Very average availability of parts and service is bloody slow! You should pass.
ZERO staff presence. Went to check on options and most probs buy a bike today, to find no staff member on the floor. The service desk person tried looking for someone to assist, to just vanish after some time. Waited like 15 mins, and just walked off. Happy to buy a bike interstate then to deal with abandoned/no staff showroom, and google search bikes while checking them by self. No wonder why cars are sold at a much faster rate, coz they don't let the customer slide.
