I was concerned with the negative reviews prior to presenting to the clinic. It is true that wait times are very long, but I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nishantha who was thorough, knowledgeable and professional in my examination.
My wife had an eyelea injection and the service was pathetic, as was the job. She now has a completely bloodshot eye, first time in 8 injections. No suggestion of after surgery treatment or any talk of what to expect. Extremely disappointing as we are travelling in our van and have to move on.
Everything in the reviews are true. Garbage. Still waiting been over an hour
Doesn’t answer the phone, ever.
Wish i Never had the Cataract surgery done... after both eye was told, you might need to wear glasses for computer work. Then 4 weeks later still couldn't read the charts. To be told you might need to go to optician and get prescription sunglasses for driving. Receptionists Rude and hard to hear, when i ask them to say again get a angry look. First eye surgery was direct billed to Health Insurance. after second one receptionist says "you need to pay in total and then claim from Insurer" No communication no Care. Waiting room... read more
