This was the biggest waste of time and money I have ever had to endure. Absolutely ridiculous wait time, clearly need to schedule less patients to be able to manage the day more efficiently. Unhelpful and rude staff. Clearly have no thought about providing helpful and meaning health care but instead focused on how to make as much money out of people.
My appointment I booked in with Jenna I don’t know his last name but he is the main receptionist guy, they have canceled my appointment without telling me, I have called to ask why and trying to reschedule my appointment, Jenna became very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone, this should not be run by people like this
Expect to wait over an hour past your appointment time and receptionist to not tell you why and any updates the health system is a joke.
Had an appointment but ended up waiting for over an hour and a half. When I asked the receptionist for an update, he was incredibly rude. The experience was extremely frustrating , very poor management and communication.
