The staff is kind, helpful and approachable. Other nail supply stores I've been to have staff that are pushy and impatient. This is not one of those.

I came in today to get all the materials I needed to do my own nails at home, and Echo was absolutely wonderful! She helped me throughout the whole process, was very professional, and answered all of my questions. The owner of the store is also incredibly kind and lovely. He takes the time to make you feel welcome and gives you the best advice. I really appreciate that he doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t actually need! 100% recommend this store! 🤍✨

I love Nails supply NT! They are always so kind and willing to help. It is my go to spot in the Ottawa area to go replenish my nails supplies and grab new trending products that they always have. I can’t recommend them enough!
