Attempted to charge me 5 hours of tear down and storage fees after simply asking for a free estimate because “they had to stand outside with the estimator.” I do not recommend doing business with this company. I even explained to them over the phone I’d be more than happy to pay for the estimate that was supposed to be free, but 5 hours teardown seemed a bit extreme considering they simply had to talk to an adjuster and hand my key to my insurance companies employee to recover mileage and inspect damage. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services rendered by this establishment. My sibling's 1992 GMC pickup truck was brought in for fender repair and front bumper replacement, a process which regrettably extended over a period exceeding three months. Took our car here for a repair and kept on getting new estimate requests from the insurance company even when we already got our car back. Our renewed insurance price then jumped through the roof. NOT RECOMMENDED
