NT Appliances Repair Service had unprofessional behavior. The technician was rude and didn't respect our property.
This should be 6 stars. Ahmed returned my call immediately and came to my house even though it was after business hours! My washer had stopped functioning properly and the washer door would not unlock.I could not retrieve my clothing! Ahmed was not only knowledgeable but kind and understanding. He showed and explained everything he was doing. It was a godsend. My washer now runs properly and the cost was fair and affordable. Excellent, absolutely exceptional.
