Truly not great. The maintenance team has always been friendly and responsive, however I did not appreciate them walking into our home unannounced and without warning, when we specifically stated on our paperwork that we weren’t comfortable with that. I should be able to shower without 3 men walking into my home while I’m dressing. The oversight is a major nuisance and very nosy, but somehow not nosy enough to notice the things that need to be fixed. This is long but important- We are a military family whose intention was to stay there until we could get a better understanding of the area. We moved out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately for many service members, this is not an option either due to this being a potentially short duty station or lack of funding to do so. This community is GREAT! Management and staff always stay on top of doing their best to better any situation. I also love, despite us being in the middle of a pandemic, that they have community activities for the kids.
