I've been having issues with my caravan, Dealer and Manufacturer. The caravan has already had warranty repairs before it was 1yo and have required making 2 x complaints to NSW Fair Trading. I made call after call after call trying to get other businesses to assist me, then I found NSW Vehicle Inspections and Shal who were more than willing to help. I booked my caravan in for an inspection and I had the report within a couple of days thereafter. Great service, reasonably priced and highly recommended 👍
I booked a pre purchase inspection for a van at a car yard. The car yard representative had confirmed verbally that the vehicle “was regularly serviced”. NSW Vehicle Inspections carried out their inspection promptly and I was provided with a report with pictures emailed to me within hours. Went above and beyond to get my blueslip. Highly recommended.
Firstly, I ordered a 'platinum pre purchase inspection' on Wednesday stating my preferred time for the Friday. After paying, for the 2 and a half days not once did they contact to say that the inspection was scheduled, or in the process of being scheduled. As the buyer i was left totally oblivious to what was happening, and had to call after 2 days to check that it was even going ahead on the day i asked.
