I would like to thank Ryde paramedics, Rob and Mike, car 554, who went above and beyond to help my mum tonight. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, provided assistance and remained calm and respectful throughout. Upon the arrival to the emergency rooms, admission was a little delayed, but our lovely paramedics remained with us, were supportive, friendly and never left our side. They’ve turned the whole stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Sincere thanks!
