I had a horrible experience with them during the covid lock downs. My partner is prone to extreme asthma attacks and had one during this time. Once I phoned I opened all the windows, put on a mask, made sure to stay right away from them when the two women came. One of them went off about how awful my flat looked, my furniture is second hand and odd but my place is neat and tidy.
