This is a shout out to the fabulous paramedics Donna and Kye from St Ives ambulance station. I had a medical episode on Saturday at a polling booth in Davidson and this wonderful team were there in record time. They were so professional and thorough and also extremely knowledgeable. They did everything to ensure I had first class care both at the polling booth and in the ambulance to NBH. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me. So very grateful to Kate & Matt. These two young people came to my rescue yesterday during the most painful episode of my life. I had dislocated my hip one week out from hip surgery. They were both so caring, sympathetic and knowable in my hour of need. They followed this through once at the hospital not leaving me until the hospital was able to give me a bed in emergency.
