Natalie is so understanding especially when it comes to COVID. She always wants to be available to help us. Her work is worth every penny you spend! She is the best person to have as your lash tech! And the location is perfect right off the 610 loop, such an easy access for all clientele.
Natalie is very personable and has great punctuality. She is super sweet and her knowledge is impeccable. I like how she constantly takes new trainings to keep her skillset polished.
