We booked a survey following our RICS report. We specifically asked Supernova to survey the soil pipe on the roof as this was the main concern flagged in the report. We also shared the report with Supernova which explicitly calls out the soil pipe on the roof. Supernova expressed no concerns on the phone and said they would be able to survey this area.
