My son has been waiting since June to get an appt for wisdom teeth extractions. I finally got a call in Sep. I have to reschedule but the text they sent to confirm the appt has a phone number that is disconnected. Then I see all the reviews of others who cannot reach the office after surgery. Thank you God for this sign.
Unorganized, over worked staff
Absolutely steller performance all the way around from entry to exit. From my first NSU Dental Surgery Center exam, and meeting with Dr. Shawn McClure and his team of doctors & surgeons I was very comfortable, t was first class proffesional, their diagnosis was light years ahead of the other two maxifacial surgery centers I previously visited. I have a question about my upcoming surgery phones don't work weird
Had an appointment at 1:45pm. Arrived at the time but valet took forever to take my car and elevator took forever to come down as this place this pretty busy. (Had no idea, this is my first time here) so I was 15 minutes late. Approached the receptionist and let her know I was late but gave her my name.
