Company tore up my fence after getting stuck and damaged my pick-ups mirror. Been 4 months since the incident, and I have proof of them telling me the fence and mirror would be taken care of. I suggest not doing business with this company or anyone hes affiliated with, no pride or respect in fixing their mistakes. Even though it says temporarily closed they're still operating.
I am happy with the work done for me. We had the sewer pipe replaced from the house to the main city line. Another company had told us they needed to tear down the fence and go in the neighbors yard. After going back and forth with 1st company for over 2 weeks, we went with NSS who came out ASAP. Nick and his workers did the work and did not take down the fence or go in neighbors yard. They did all the work in one day. The backyard is totally demolished, but I expected that.
This company is not honorable. They came and dug up my yard and replaced my pipe from my house to the street. They placed all of my walkway back except a square near the sidewalk. I pointed it out and Nick claimed that they couldn't do it yet because it had to settle. He gave me his number and said call him the following spring and he'd drive through and fix it.
