I've had them upgrade my house to a 200 amp. This is an old house so they did some rewiring and put in a ground unit. our house didn't have the 3 prong. We are redoing a bathroom. I had them replace the wiring and had wiring added so we can have lights where I want them. I only use NS star electric when I need electrical work done. They are reasonable; they do good work and I trust them.
Had a problem with an overheating plug that was smoking and burned. Called a couple different places and was told not for another 6 days could they get someone out. Called here, talked to a helpful person who said she would have the electrician call me. He called, i explained a little bit about my problem, he said he couldn't make it that day but would be in the area the next day or the day after, and told me upfront the price. I said great.
