The staff is very good from the nurses, CNA and therapist
Great place, administrative staff awesome, social worker staff awesome, Drs. & Nurses awesome. The team goes out of their way to help you. Thank you. Food not so good
I wish I could give this place a negative star. My uncle was there fir a few months and the care was nothing but unacceptable. He was forced to go to bathroom on his own repeatedly because he would have to wait hours fir anyone to assist him. I had to call numerous times fir someone to attend to him as they ignored any attempt he made for assistance. He had a few near call incidents trying to get back in bed. He ended up passing in the bathroom under circumstances I may never know. Please keep your loved ones away from this ... read more
I could not recommend this facility. The therapist s are good, the food and cleanliness is adequate but there were only 2 aides on my husbands floor that treated him as a human being and not as a sack of meat to toss around The vast majority of of the aides acted as if any request was really putting them out. The worst was when my husband fell out of bed on the nightshift and inspired of his room mate putting on the call bell then screaming for help then banging loudly took over an hour of him laying on his face did anyone c... read more
