I contacted Mr. Nikolay the 30th January, I paid for one hour consultation 290 CAD. Feb 05th, During that hour he looked optimist, he explained me the fees and asked me to send all information which I did, after several calls, emails and one vist to see what happened, he told me: I am busy give me couple days, he make me wait for several weeks then the 24th (almost one month I contacted him) he declined my case.
