Nathan is a great guy who does fantastic work. There’s a reason they’re so booked up. Get on his waiting list, it’s worth it. Affordable, kind, finished everything in a timely manner and even got to know some of his employees. Great people, great company! Thanks NSP. I don’t understand the negative reviews besides people that are impatient.
Tried to hire them to fix our floors and ceiling after a pipe burst. They would take weeks to get back to me- even to respond to a text. Finally got an estimate after over a month of waiting on it. It was a reasonable price, so I asked for some flooring samples. Took over a week for someone to drop them off. I finally decided I was tired of waiting. Just gonna provide a series of events, you be the judge: I called Nate on Monday, November 9th, and said, "My subfloor is rotted due to a drainage issue and I need it removed. It's (4) 4x8 + (4) 4x4 sheets of plywood, a total of 12'x16'. Just take the screws out, I'll do the rest.Shouldnt be more than 1-2 hours" Nate said he needed to look at it first and would be by tomorrow.
