Im very happy and thankful with this place and the staff at this locatión, very happy to know I can come here for now on, had the worse experience in Quest Diagnotics and Lab cord, and others places with me and my 5 years old daughter, the hurt my arm they left me with blue and swolen arm with a lot of pain in the in freeport locatión. In some places they dont have small needles for children and they hurt my little one too. Hi , I want to say something about their service, they are nice but they are not professional. I bring my son take annual blood test + allergy egg white test, they forgot to add the allergy egg white test for my son. The result sent to my son's primary doctor it wasn't there!! I have to bring my son to take blood test again!! and he is only 3 years old kids. That's make parents and kid actual work!! we are feel not comfortable!!!
From the moment I checked in, everything felt calm. It took me less than 10 minutes to leave again, and all the girls were very friendly. Highly recommended.

It was the smoothest process ever. Even though I forgot my script, the receptionist quickly found me in the system, had me fill out just a few lines, and handed me a container, all while keeping an eye on my Gucci bag. The phlebotomist was professional and painless, and arriving 45 minutes early wasn’t an issue. From start to finish, the staff was gracious and efficient, making it an experience I’ll never go anywhere else for again.
