I have been using this center for the last few months and find the staff pleasant and the phlebotomists are very good. I can be a hard stick but they always find a way. It's ten minutes from my house. No complaints! It's convenient because most of my docs are with Northwell. I see the results online very quickly.
The staff here is very patient, nice, and they work very well as a team. Having rolling veins makes it very hard to give blood for my lab orders. But these girls were gentle and they didn’t give up nor did they ever showed any frustration. They were awesome! Thanks girls! 🥰
