Excellent efficient and friendly
I travel far just to get my blood work done here. The staff is polite and friendly. They even serve you quickly. The place is always clean no matter what time you go. Your doctor will get the results if you do your part and go to get your work done about 5 days before you doctor's appointment.
Overall great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in five minutes. Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment before you go.
This is the only lab I trust—they’re consistently professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Every appointment is smooth and quick, with no hassle. On my latest visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sheher Bano as my phlebotomist. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and brought a genuine warmth to the experience with her friendly smile. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who truly cares about the customer experience, and the lab is fortunate to have her on their team.
The service was prompt and the technicians nice 5 stars for that but they ran the same exact tests on 2 separate blood vials and didn’t run the correct tests ordered on the doctors script. 0 stars for that. When later questioned they blamed it on the computer! Come on Northwell!!
