On Jan 13th, 2025. I created a big problem for myself. I got a request to fix 2 sets of patio doors for one of my customers... No big deal... Both sets of doors had the same issue the bottom flush bolts would not retract in and thus would not open. No big deal, I cut off the hinges on both inactive doors and pulled out the damaged flush bolts. Off to the store I went.... Well Homedepot didn't have them no surprise there. Cannot say enough good things about this company! The owner Charles is amazingly helpful, kind and excellent to work with. His crew (Brent, Brandon & others) were so helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful - not to mention talented problem-solvers (we had a couple very old, strangely configured windows they had to work with)! We absolutely LOVE our new windows and doors and would highly recommend NSI to anyone looking to upgrade their home.
Sometimes the best way to rate a company is how they deal with a problem down the road, after the original install. Recently had a problem with the impact door they installed. Texted Lloyd and he answered quickly and they were able to send a friendly service tech the following day and resolve the issue. Now this was 8 months after the original install.
